Welcome to Agasthya Holistic Wellbeing. By using our website, booking a session, registering for a webinar, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

Agasthya Holistic Wellbeing provides awareness webinars, counselling sessions, behavioural and communication skill enhancement, workshops, and continued support packages.

Our services are intended to provide guidance, awareness, personal development and supportive intervention. They are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

2. Bookings & Payments

Please provide accurate information when making a booking.
Payment must be completed as required to confirm a paid service or registration.
Your appointment or registration is confirmed only after successful payment/booking confirmation.
Service availability is subject to the available appointment slots shown on the website.

3. Individual Sessions

Sessions are conducted at the scheduled date and time selected during booking.

Please be available at the scheduled time. Delays or missed appointments may reduce the available session time.

4. Webinars & Workshops

Webinar and workshop dates, timings and topics will be clearly mentioned at the time of registration.

Access details will be provided to registered participants through the contact information provided during registration.

5. Client Responsibility

Individuals are responsible for providing accurate information and participating honestly and appropriately during sessions.

Agasthya does not guarantee a particular personal, emotional, behavioural or professional outcome, as results vary from person to person.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Information provided to Agasthya is handled with care and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal and safety requirements.

7. Changes to Services

Agasthya reserves the right to modify service details, schedules, pricing or availability when necessary. Any significant changes affecting an existing booking will be communicated to the client.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 5 September 2026

At Agasthya Holistic Wellbeing, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the practice.

1. Individual Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation with 24 hours or more notice: Eligible for rescheduling or refund, as applicable.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: Refunds may not be available.
No-show without prior notice: No refund.

Where appropriate, we may allow a one-time rescheduling based on availability.

2. Awareness Webinars & Workshops

For webinars and workshops:

Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund or transfer to another available session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or failure to attend may not be eligible for a refund.
If Agasthya cancels or is unable to conduct a scheduled webinar/workshop, participants will be offered a refund or an alternative session, as applicable.

3. 5-Session Continued Support Package

The ₹4,000 five-session package is intended for continued support.

If a client wishes to discontinue the package, they may contact us to discuss the remaining unused sessions. Refund eligibility will depend on the sessions already used and the applicable cancellation circumstances.

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

4. Payment Processing

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Please contact us using the business email or WhatsApp number provided on the website and mention:

“Cancellation / Refund Request”

Please include your name, booking details and the service concerned.
