Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 5 September 2026

At Agasthya Holistic Wellbeing, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our

clients and our practice.

 

1. Individual Sessions

For counselling and behavioural & communication skill enhancement sessions:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to available appointment slots.

 

2. Awareness Webinars & Workshops

For paid webinars and workshops:

  • Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund or transfer to another available session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, or failure to attend, are generally non-refundable.

  • If Agasthya cancels or is unable to conduct a scheduled event, participants will be offered a refund or an alternative session, as applicable.

 

3. 5-Session Continued Support Package

The ₹4,000 five-session package is intended for continued support.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to discontinue the package, please contact us regarding any unused sessions.

  • Refunds for unused sessions will be considered based on the circumstances and sessions already completed.

 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

 

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation, rescheduling or refund, please contact us through our official business email or WhatsApp number.

Please include your name, booking details, service name, and reason for the request.
