The child slowly learns:

The child has opinions.
Family meeting starts:
âYou are too young to talk in between adults.â
Age 15:
Teenagers become quiet.
Everyone suddenly worried:
âWhy are you always in your room?â
Age 17:
Board exams.
Child asks:
âWhat should I do in life?â
Everyone:
âFirst score marks. Weâll see later.â
Age 19:
Engineering/BCom/BBA starts.
The student sits on the last bench peacefully.
No one asks anything.
Life is stable again đ
Final Year:
PLACEMENTS ARRIVE đĽ
Training Department:
âGuys, come forward confidently.â
âSpeak with leadership presence.â
âNetwork.â
âCommunicate effectively.â
âShow confidence.â
âParticipate actively.â
Student internally:
âSir⌠for 20 years my survival skill was staying quiet.â đ
This is exactly why communication cannot be taught suddenly before interviews.
Children should be allowed to:
â express
â question
â think
â communicate
â make mistakes
â listen actively
â develop opinions
âŚfrom a very young age.
Communication is not just speaking English.
It is psychological safety.
Sometimes, one person who listens without judgment can completely change a childâs confidence.
